No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

Disputes & Notice

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Belgian law to contracts made and to be fully performed in such state without reference to principles of conflict of laws. Each party hereto submits to the jurisdiction of courts in Belgium for the enforcement of these terms and conditions and agrees to service of process by mail.
