Dr. Max Beckmann has over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specialised in strategic and operational management with a strong focus on commercial and scientific excellence. At BECKMANN BIO, he actively engages in managing the company while also providing guidance to pharmaceutical firms on their portfolio and product strategies. Prior to establishing BECKMANN BIO in 2008, Max accumulated diverse expertise at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, holding various strategic, commercial, and managerial roles on both national and global scales. In 1993 his career commenced at Hofmann-La Roche in Germany, focusing on dermatology, anti-infectives, sales force logistics and market analyse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Max’s educational background features a business degree from the Wharton School of Economics, Philadelphia, USA, complementing his training as a chemist and biochemist (Dr. rer. nat. ~ Ph.D.) from the Ludwig Maximilian Universit\u00e4t, Munich, and the Max Planck Institut for Biochemistry, Martinsried, in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
